When it was set up in 1992, we were a property consultant specializing in shopping center consultancy and management. In just a few years, we have developed not only in size but in the range of its services as well. Our scope of business has expanded from shopping center to office, residential and industrial property. Management service offered have now included property, estate, project management and asset management.
In 1998, we began our property development activities.
“The Plaza Semanggi” is our first property development and has become an important milestone for us in the property development business.
In 2005, we changed our name from ProLease to Synthesis and started to concentrate our activities at Property Development. The Plaza Semanggi, Casablanca Mansion, de Oaze, The Lavande Residences and Kalibata City are few amongst many property developments that Synthesis has been actively involved so far.
